Minatamis Na Saging (Banana)

Ingredients :
  • 10 pcs Banana (Saba)
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 Table spoon Vanilla
  • 2 Pandan leaves
  • Water
  • Evaporated/Condense Milk

Cooking Procedure :
  1. Peel and wash the banana

  2. Mix the banana, sugar, pandan in a medium caserol

  3. Cook until boil then add the vanilla

  4. Still gently until cooked and syrup is condense

  5. Serve hot/cold with milk
